How it works

The math behind your dose

Step 1 — Concentration

Divide the peptide strength by the amount of bacteriostatic water you added to the vial.

Concentration = Strength ÷ Water
Step 2 — Volume

Divide your desired dose by the concentration to find the volume you need to draw.

Volume = Dose ÷ Concentration
Step 3 — Syringe units

Convert that volume into units on a standard 100-unit insulin syringe (1 mL = 100 units).

Units = Volume (mL) × 100
